    Ask them and find out! Guess their liable if a filter has failed and an engine is ruined

    I've never been a K&N fan.
    Genuine Honda (usually made by Purflux) or Mahle / Mann for me.

    Iv emailed them and they just replied that their tech team will be in contact in the next 5-7 days , not much use when they say in the bulletin not to ride the bike till the filter has been changed
