maybe the Japanese should increase their sport bike to 1103cc for more power, works for the Italians clearly
Looks a great bike....need to have a go before I bought my blade rode a 1199s when that 1st come out and didn't get on with it so now a v4 wider fairing tank etc could be time to change maybe.....although Aprillas you can get for just over 16k for the top of the range one ....
Hi yes that's the advert I saw....looks a very good deal....even better in the flesh ...was out walking the dog and a chap had one out on his drive he could see me dribbling all over it and started it up sounded great need to have a go on one next time i am back....anyone on hear got one....if so thoughts....
I've hardly used it mate, only got 500mile on it, but it' got a lot to live up to after the s1000rr I had before
True a very good bike....keep us updated on this one....I just thought the attention to detail and build quality... Looked like a proper race bike with lights with a engine attitude to match....a step above the usual.
Maybe give it a year so they can iron out any recalls ....also on the 2nd year run they improve the colour scheme to much red on the v4s would look better with black lower fairing...
That would only hamper the sales of the top models though I imagine. Shame that's the way it's gone with all manufacturers, the standard model paint scheme is not going to be as desirable as the higher spec models. Probably turns quite a few standard model customers into higher spec customers simply with a bit of paint.
