This winter i am going to be replacing my stock chain and sprockets, and so far i have not found exactly what i am looking for. Looking to get some input as to where i can buy from and what brands are good.

I want to try out the 520 chain and sprockets, and i think i want to try the 15 tooth front and stock size rear (-1 +0), as it is a road bike, but do some track days per year.

Does anyone know of a good chain and sprocket kits?

I want to get a gold chain, and a gold-ish rear sprocket. Not sure if i want to go alu or steel.

I have been looking at DID X-ring 520 chains and the supersprox rear sprockets, but i have had trouble finding the gold supersprox in stock teeth size. Does not need to be DID chain, if anybody knows any other brand that is good.

    2008 blade.

DID chain and Renthal sprockets for me. I run 520 on my track bike, but would always stick to 530 on the road bike for peace of mind of it's longevity.
FWIW I get some of my parts from http://www.bandcexpress.co.uk/

I think the chain / sprockets on my bike are stock, and it has 25 000km. How long does a 520 last? Half that?

I'm not sure, I just know that if you ask different people you'll get different answers.
I keep a spare 520 chain in the track day tool kit, but the current chain has been on for 2 years worth of track days, although I have switched the sprockets a few times to change the gearing, in fact I'm about to go back down a tooth or two on the rear.

In the mean time I try to keep an eye on the wear & tear between cleaning and re-oiling, but I don't know when I'll renew them.

changed my C&S earlier in the year

I opted for a Tsubaki 530 chain with a Talon front and Supersprox rear with standard gearing.

Thanks, was on Demon Tweeks, but when i choose 2013 blade, i don't get Tsubaki chain or the supersprox. When i choose 08, i get both. I have a 13 engine and got some 13 / 14 SP wheels on my bike, are they different from 08? In terms of fitting.

Can someone help me find everything at one website? I want a 530 X-Ring Tsubaki chain, 530 supersprox gold 42 teeth, Renthal 530 15T front sprocket.

What is the fourm code for Demon Tweeks?
