Yes old git here ,and having a bathtime rant .Just opened my new copy of Superbike March edition and as i started flicking through the pages i thought that i had bought off road world 14 piggin pages of this shite and wait 29 pages of adverts some shite about the KTM690 and 8 pages of The bloody vmax vs Diavel. Is there not enough testing and racing around the world inc BSB news and say custom superbikes from the USA or Road racing news stars and bikes from Ireland .What is the definition of Superbike.Last time £4.10 and you can't even wipe your arse on it.Last time the very last time!!

No quite springy just listening to some Elvis with a glass of orange .I think the problem here is most folks inc me are pretty stright and do there job right so why do they call a Magazine Superbike wrap it in plastic so you can't see the contents and then fill it with dare i say self indulgent off road crap.

Good rant Givover and spot on. A few years back I used to buy at least 4 bike mags a month, now I may buy four a year. I got so fed up with adverts and stuff about bikes other than ones I am interested in. So I voted with my cash, I buy MCN in the racing season as I like to keep up with the racing scene but that's about it. Also, so many have such biased views that they are anything but credible.

March edition was not much better other than the 2012 Blade item, rest was dribble, had already decided not to buy it any more but was bored in the airport, waste of money IMO

Performance Bikes & MCN Sport. Don't buy MCN (or the comic as its more widely known) for the amount
Of BS they put in the weekly emergency toilet roll they call a paper.

Got to agree with CastrolCraig, I have Performance Bikes on subscription as they have minimal adverts & at least the ones they have are bike related (If I want porn, I just turn on my computer & come on here :D). They don't seem to stray too far away from the superbike/fast bike theme, and I do enjoy the Garage section (All those lovely tools) :)

MCN SPORT has your fix of all the relative sport and I think is only out every quarter.

Also have RIDE on subscription (was a gift) for the product tests :)

I find that one mag copies the other. If it's a superbikes mag then thats what they should report on and not off roaders.Next month it will be copied.Subscription no way! I look in the mag first if it's drivel then it goes back on the shelf.I think the net like here at 1000rr has the best form of entertainment. At least you can talk to people.

I thought you had used the term people in error buy on checking the definition= Men, women and Children.

You are correct all along, We are men, who like women, and behave like children.

    Good call Sideways

    A few weeks ago.
Superbike sales went from 22393 in 2010 to 16192 in 2011 a 27% drop so the future looks bleak. Vitality were forced to take Superbike as part of a package including Loaded which was the one they really wanted.
