I’d guess something is stuck and if bleeding hasn’t fixed it then next step would be to try the slave. Can you get it to a mechanic? Or have a play yourself, should be instructions in the manual.

I haven't bleed the system yet, I have a Haynes manual, I have been told to take the three bolts out where the bleed nipple is and and check to see if there is any fluid around the piston if there is they said the seals have gone.

Try bleeding it first and see how that changes things. If you have a Haynes you should be sorted. Worst thing that can happen is you pop the piston out, but that’s easy enough to push back in - you just might need a new seal kit and then re-bleed.

I have been looking on the Internet and some one suggested this.

You need to drop it into first gear with the engine off, pull the clutch lever and rock the bike backwards and forwards to free up the clutch. It helps to warm the engine up to operating temp first as well.

    Will this work?
Someone had similar problem and that's what someone suggested

Well that used to work on cars with seized starter motors, so I can see the theory working and it's easier to test that first.
My money is still on bleeding the hydraulic clutch though.

Good news that you now have a clutch! The problem with hydraulic clutches is you can’t adjust freeplay like you can with a cable operated. You just need to make sure it’s properly bled and should have a firm lever.

Re the free play, just make sure you did the bit where you crack open the top banjo and that will make sure that any remaining air has gone.
