I'm with you on this one I made stainless ones for mine, mainly for looks, but it is fitted with the factory steering damper, am I just adding weight

I find the standard bar ends are better/heavier than any of the aftermarket ones at reducing vibration. I have actually gone back to standard from the r & g ones
What if you wanted to fit a front brake lever guard? That would mean you have different weights on the end of each bar. Would that cause vibrations??
I have looked at the lever guards for mine as have a good master cylinder and levers but as they are a racing item I would imagine they will be lighter than the standard ones so not bothered until I know different
Heavier barend weights are supposed to make a difference, finding the things is another story. I did read a thread on a forum with a guy who made his own, can't remember if it was here?? I just bought some gloves with a "Rossi Tickler".
