Huh? Where've you been Raph? It's 4!! Blades, 2011, 2004 and 2018 and the MV F4. Nothing further though - until the mystical Honda V4.
Very funny. But now you mention it . . . Seriously though, I wouldn't mind a 'shed project'. If I could find a reasonable 'cheaper' Blade, I'd love to do the Chinese fairings replicated in the silver/yellow flash, but more importantly, get a four megaphone system made for the proper look. And then I'd have to do silver wheels (your 12-spoke will do). I can see that the costs would go on and on - it would be like @Tezza on-going project. (And that is one impressive piece of machinery!!)
Thanks, tuktuk, very thoughtful of you. I think those fairing are 04-07 (which isn't a bad thing) but also full race, i.e. no provision for headlight and mirror mounts. However, my interest in creating a replica is on hold, due to finances. I have fallen upon a mint 1985 VF1000R with 9,000 miles and all original. I had pledged to myself to not increase my stable, but shit, this is one magnificent piece of history: (it also has the original exhausts) PS> I think a distant relation of @PauloHRC might have once owned it because someone had a penchant of adding surplus decals
