Started ticking off the modding list & ordered new GB engine covers set, black r&g radiator guard & boot guard kit. Fixed the smaller plate on & removed the swingarm stickers. Then a good polish with Meguiars
Getting ready for empty roads on sat......royal wedding on....cup finial day should equal empty roads...
Less you know the better. But I will let on that I was inspired to get the Kim Kardashian Butt Cheek implants.
You'd need the combined efforts of Mountain Rescue & Potholing UK to extract you from there if you fell in
The all important Honda sock has arrived Said I'd never buy anymore branded ones after I had 2 nicked but I'm giving it another go. Shame the bikes don't electrify upon locking...just enough to burn the thieving b#stards balls to a crisp
You're in that stage of new bike ownership where you have to buy as many extras as you can in the shortest time possible!! it's great isn't it??!!
Been a booked the bike in for 1st service and had a look at the CB1000R. Good looking bike in the candy red.
'Candy Red'? Hmph!! Us SP owners are graced with eloquent and fitting colour names: 2017 was 'HRC Tri-colour' while the 2018 is 'Grand Prix Tri-colour' which are the same colours but combined differently. CB1000R is a strange looking bike, but I'm hankering for a test ride - just for comparison.
Sutton in Tamworth have got a demo bike in. Funnily enough the candy red is an older colour, I had the 2008 blade in the same scheme. The demo bike is a more sedate silver grey. It looks nicely put together.
Gave the new bike it's first full days blast out since I got it & I love it. The Akra megaphone exhaust is great...even with the baffle in! Had a cooling drink at the only thatched pub in Derbyshire, which I'd never been to before & learned that each thatcher leaves his own trademark on the roof....in this case....a squirrel ....how cool is that Or am I just easily amused
