Definitely Whitby and back via Helmsley, although I can't do this Friday to Monday. Got few days away planned.

Head to Whitby via Scarborough then back by Helmsley as Gary suggests

The 10th is Lincs BikeFest & I don't think Saturdays are good for Simon & Sunday riding is better really for where we're heading.
Unless we look at the 17th?!?

I voted that one Optimistic as I'm working that whole weekend. Still, double bubble for 2 whole days including the travel, can't complain.
