I love it but what a mare to keep clean!! Even overnight it seems to act as a fluff magnet :(
I could get a weeks worth of flies on the old Repsol & you couldn't tell at a distance lol

No not got a clue.....she still hasn't noticed that the bike has turned black from red white and blue!!!o_O

I'm thinking either a fireblade 954 in mint condition, or restoration project. A Ducati of some description.....1098 or early panigale, or maybe even a new fireblade!

Will have to see how much money I've got left after holiday with the kids in August then Italy with the Mrs in September.

I'll probably only have enough for a push bike after that lot!

Oops....the new grips have highlighted how badly off centre the tank pad has been applied lol.. I noticed when I bought it, but you can't see when you're riding it so I thought stuff it I'll leave it. But now it's screaming at me!
Think I'm going to have to get a new one o_O
    What do reckon @hitch ;).....

Think it was this guy who put it on at the Honda dealers :D

I see what you mean, Lozzy. And you're right; without the grips it is negligible, BUT, now that you know, well . . .

@hitch might do the same as me, in that I measure across the tank and then mark out with masking tape to set the edges of the tank pad.

Sorry meant to reply earlier but I fainted when I saw the tankpad pic.

Yep, plus I take a line from the centre of the fuel filler to the centre of the seat (which can be measured and marked with masking tape too)

Just writing this and re-reading seems so over the top for something so irrelevant
...but we'll all be able to sleep easier knowing it's been done correctly ;) o_O

Starting to notice wear on my tank and decided it’s time to bite the bullet. Where’s the best online shop for stomp grips? Are they easy to apply? Any pitfalls to watch out for?

I've bought my last 2 sets of Stomp grips off UK sellers on ebay. Very easy to apply and go on perfect as you can see from my pics, and I'm a very slapdash no patience person so if I can get them right anyone can ;):)
