Them some bloody good gains and 80lbft torque should make for a fun bike to ride! Just finished my bathroom so mighty make it over there before the end of summer if my bank recovers quick enough. Thanks for letting us know

Ah, I didn't realise because for some reason I associated you with being much further north - Darbyshire maybe?

Anyway, it's only 12 extra miles (which I can handle, by the way;)) from RRP in Coventry where I'm booked in for July 4th. Good info and I'll keep it in mind!

    I'm sorry I don't know.
Geoff is a very helpful guy and I'm sure if you rang them he'd tell you.

Erm, I don't think so. He'd be likely to say something to the effect of, 'It's been specially developed for us around our own parameters.'

Will arrive about 8.30ish and probably have to hang around until 9.00 for paperwork and coffee. Then I'll walk into Meriden to 'waste time' because they need the bike for approx 3 hours. (I couldn't just dag around their waiting area for 3 hours.) I'll PM my mobile number if you want to meet for coffee etc in Meriden - there's a convenience store, not sure there's much else.

You'll pass a nice pub called the bulls head. But I'm not sure what time it opens.

Yep, I was too early for it, and, it looked a tad upmarket for me!

Bike needed new plugs and air filter clean. On riding home it was a total transformation. A supposed extra 10 hp on the dyno - but I never pay attention to those figures. What I did pay attention to was throttle response and how freely it revs now, and has totally eradicated the low rev fluffiness. Cost me 340.00 so there is a value for money issue for me because the bike (as a collector's item) does very few miles. However, when I do get it out, it will now be a joy to ride.

Pleased to meet your along the way BB. Always nice to put a face to a bike!!

Glad they sorted ..and yes what's the point of owning a bike that's unusable.

I have added a pipewerx & was interested in a remap rather than adding a PC

They reply to emails quickly, but they said they could do my 2011...... Am I wrong to think it'd be the same ECU?

My impression is that any bike with an ECU can be remapped, provided the technician has appropriate software. Some places won't touch Power Commanders for that reason.
