Hi guys, I am looking for some advice/info. I have a Gopro 5 Sessions and I’m wanting to mount it for an all round forward view. I can’t use a headstock mount for the HESD and I’m not mounting it on my lid. Anyone got any ideas or managed it?
Telferizer did a replacement bolt for the HESD for me which had a ram mount ball on it. I also got him to make me one to replace a mirror bolt with. Asides from that @Muffking knows good places to mount cameras.
Thank you very much Barsteward. I’ll look into it and get something sorted I like the sound of the mirror mount as it’s only a small cam and with that won’t obstruct my clocks
On the front face of the top fork clamp there Is two threaded holes , the one next to the clutch reservoir is where I fitted 90° bracket for a cam , see ahead and clocks . And it doesn't foul anything lock to lock , will put a pic up tomorrow If you want
Hi Mark, yes a pic would be greatly appreciated I welcome the advice and all ideas then I can see which ones I prefer Nice profile pic, both yours? I’d have my 918rrw back in a flash. It was the main reason I went back to a blade
As @Barstewardsquad says, I'm always looking for a new angle (pun intended). Here's the one on the HESD. It's basically a rectangular plastic plate with 2 holes for the HESD screws to go through, allowing you to add a a GoPro mount. And a video from that position
Hi Muffking, Thank you for the input I appreciate it. Nice camera angle and bloody good apex’s, simply loveleh lol
Very nice Mark, spoilt for choice wish i’d kept mine! can’t beat old skool although i do prefer a fuel light as opposed to running out of motion potion haha
@Muffking after seeing how you mounted you cam I thought I would try mine in the same place , you got a really good view with yours
