Hi.... after 60 - 70 bikes in nearly 40 years of riding I'm just on to my 3rd Fireblade (1st 1000) .... recently retired and loving being on a sportsbike again '13, HRC colours and as new. My last bike was a new Africa Twin and, awesome though it was, 2 years is too long without the appropriate amount of power
Someone mention me? First, the formalities: welcome, Skinny. I'm sure you're finding it much easier to get your leg over now! Of course I refer to the height difference between the Africa and the Blade! Second, the jovialities. Whilst some might jest about pensioners and HRCs, the very fact we're owning and riding them makes our younger brothers jealous and causing them to contemplate their own ability to handle such weapons in future life. I'm a big boy, I don't mind a little bit of ribbing. It's a great bike, could be better and ill be looking to do a xouole of things to make it perfect
