Blade back & working fine again. Even took the two eldest kids (12 & 13) out for a wee pillion ride on Saturday, which they loved. Though they have outgrown all their gear now, so had to use the wife's gloves, boots and helmet.
It was the wee valve inside the exhaust that had jammed. Wee motor had to be replaced. The sidestand / clutch starting issue, whatever it was, has never occurred again.
