Damn Lorenzo. He really has it all happening now. No spoilers, but what a turnaround from the beginning of the season. Now, I am really loving my new Lorenzo helmet. I can see its value appreciating race by race!
Go on @nigelrb jumping on the Lorenzo bandwagon!! I bet you supported Liverpool FC in the 80's too didn't you!! It may well appreciate in value but not as much as a genuine replica......such as mine
This type of thing can cause carnage. Remember when Capirossi on the Ducati hit someone whose shoulder (or @rse) pushed on his brake lever and he went flipping down the straightaway - I believe this saw the introduction of the brake lever guards.
I'm still out on a family doo! I haven't looked at any social media other than this.......please all be quiet until my return!! Haha
This was Sete Gibernau on the Ducati nudging then team mate Capirossi at Barcelona which you are referring too. The carnage that ensued was indeed carnageous but purely accidental and racing incident.......what I've just seen us plain stupidye!
Ahem. No bandwagon for me, only credit given where it's due. Remember this from June 7? 'I'll wager right here, publicly, that Lorenzo will finish top five next season - barring any season-ending injury. In fact, I'd even put it in your PayPal account right now to show my sincerity! #22nigelrb, Jun 7, 2018'
Two race ban for Fenati. http://www.motogp.com/en/news/2018/...italian-suspended-from-two-grands-prix/271258
Looks like he has no ride next year according to Google Translate Case #Fenati . According to Carlo Pernat, MV Agusta will unilaterally terminate the contract he had with the Italian for 2019. "I have spoken with Castiglioni and he has assured me that the contract is broken, they will not return 40 years later with the image of a pilot like Fenati "
I don't often quote my own posts, but after using this helmet on a couple of bikes, I am quite disappointed. I have 2 AGV K3s which I find comfortable and with a good 'cutaway' at the neck. This HJC is moulded lower into the neck and therefore tips it forward when on my Blade. Is okay in the VTRs more upright position though. Lesson learnt for me is to always try one on at a retailer before ordering online.
Fenati, at only 22-years-of-age, will have a very hard - if not impossible - task getting any sort of future ride. I just can't see teams and sponsors wanting to have anything to do with him. You can't dismiss it as 'ignorance of youth'.
Indeed, his lost his current ride and the team contract for next year has been cancelled so he is now out of work. Silly boy.
