Hi all After some advice Want to get new slip on for 2017 Like the akra gp but a bit worried if they are too loud Can anyone give me some advice please Thanks
ive got a Yoshi alpha which sounds good but it sounded even better without baffle in but the bike run like crap , so had to put it back in , I really like the Austin but it was just the price and yes the akra gp is loud and wouldn't get through a noise test at a track day .
The bike is loud as it is to be honest.. I think the GP slip on will be pretty loud as its such a short can lol.. I'm running full Akra system, the muffler has the baffle removed and its a nice balanced sound.. Not too crazy loud but loud enough top end.
I bought one then cancelled it on my 2018 sp.....one it was to loud....2nd the test bike I rode made the bike run iffy at low revs and once I got used to the original can I liked the sound of it plus there is only about 1bhp gain at 12k revs so not worth the 900 quid.....a full system with a proper set up so 1500 to 2200 would be the way to go as per the BSB bikes etc...
I have the Graves titanium slip on. Looks and sounds great. I put a small dent in it, so its up on eBay. Looking at SC Project, Racefit, Akra, Arrow. I would honestly get another Graves, but may as well try something else for the hell of it.
