Not had an issue with mine, box of 12 turned up within 2 days.

 

Hopefully they have sent me a single by mistake and my 12 will come Friday

Interesting. Most businesses would put the product on 'back order' and supply you upon delivery. I'd be disappointed too, and inclined to reply to the email and say that you don't mind waiting for the product.
