Very discrete lenses. No one would even know they're there. Nice installation!;)

Don't really understand why you need cameras, @F1CT1C10U5 , from what I've read of your posts you tend to crash your bike with no external assistance!;)

I thought I'd explain the reason for these cameras. A while back in one of my videos, where a cager completely disregarded the fact that I was in "his" lane, and forced his way through, one guy commented that he had a similar situation, but in his case the cager rammed him, and he traveled +/- 200m beneath the car, and he was knocked unconscious for a couple of hours. The driver of the car told the authorities that he was lane splitting (illegal here in Portugal) and cut him off, and he didn't had enough time to react, ramming him (If I recall, this case is still being judged in the tribunals)
I then told him that was precisely why I always have my GoPro recording, in case of an accident I would have an undisputed proof.
He then replied that since he was knocked out for a couple of hours, someone robbed him... Money from the wallet, a watch, etc, and had he be using a GoPro or similar surely it would be stolen too. In another case, a guy I know had an accident, and despite being awake, he had severe injuries. When he went to check the GoPro footage, someone had stolen the MicroSD card...
So... I decided to get this DVR system. I know, both my crashes I crashed alone, but... we never know.

True enough, @F1CT1C10U5 . Most, if not all, of us have at one time been moved off the road or had to take dangerous evasive action for drivers who continue with the 'Sorry, I didn't see you,' excuse. Any resource as valuable as video footage is valuable to us for an ensuing police investigation - if it came to that.

More importantly though, this footage can be a major tool for presentation to insurance companies who will often favour a vehicle driver who whitewashes insurance investigators with lies and bullcrap! Two minutes of footage could save us hundreds on our premium and also save our No Claim Bonus. (I say this remembering that there is no such insurance in Portugal)

1 year ago, I had my first (and only so far) experience on the track, at Estoril.

Overall it was a great day, but I just can't seem to learn how to "get out" of the bike.

Stuff the bike - I want the helmet!! Big money over here, so I had to settle for a 'bargain basement' Lorenzo which I won't wear until he's officially with Honda.

Love the Estoril track. Used to host some really good F1 races.

Love your fairing job too. Sort of like the grafittied look used on road testing pre-release new cars and bikes.

Sounds like you gave the revs a working over too!! 10,500?:)

I really can't say. Only time I look at the dashboard was at the "Parabólica", because a friend of mine ask me what speed I was doing in that turn. Looked at the speedo for a split second, and almost went off track. Nope, never again. No idea what revs I hit, nor what speed I got..

Sorry to hear. No sarcastic remarks this time. always a shame when someone gets laid up.

Sincerely wish you a speedy recovery.

Last week (Wednesday I think) I ran over a bit of tarmac that was raised, like a speed bump. I didn't saw it, but I sure felt it.
My spine suffered a bit with the hit, but it didn't hurt at the time and I did not think much of it.
Thursday I began to feel some pain on my left arm and shoulder, which is kind of normal since my crash, sometimes it hurts, I wait for it to pass, and that's that.
Then on Friday morning left arm, left shoulder, left hand, left foot, left hip and neck were in pain. Took some pain killers, went to work. I then recall that hit on my spine from Wednesday...
Yesterday I was a bit better, in the sense that I only had minor pain on my left foot.
However this night I had a lot of pain in my foot, and this morning it was a real struggle just to stand up and walk.
Went to the hospital, explained the situation, had an X-Ray to my spine and left foot.
Doctor said no bikes for now, have to go to an Osteopathy appointment to get my back straight again, and do some kind of rehabilitation. Pilates, hydro-gymnastics or even physiotherapy were some of the doctor's suggestions.

"13" will have a bit of holidays from me.
