I'd still be riding everyday too work but some days I have to take the kids too school.

To be honest though the main reason is my helmet makes a right mess of my hair and it would mean taking the hair dryer in everyday!!:D

I'm on the Gixxer now for the duration.
Was frozen here in SE Londinium.

Incidentally, my visor is a pain in the wotsit! ...RX7V with pinlock fog insert that STILL fogs up :(

To Ben honest I was a bit sceptical as got a new tyre on the front but shouldn’t have worriedwarm up was very quick and the
got the same lid mate and mine still mists up a little around the air vents in the visor.
I’m going to keep the blade as my commuter and look for something a bit nicer for the summer months or maybe another blade and throw some lightweight wheels and trick parts at it?

    Nice.
I commute into London (well docklands) and in a year or so the ULEZ is expanding so I wont be able to ride the Gixxer unless I fork out £12 a day  ...so at that point I will doing the same, looking for a replacement or most likely an addition to the bike stable.

You need to remove it and give it a good clean with hot soapy water, gives the rubbery/silicone seal some extra stickiness! Should not fog up then!

ULEZ expands to North and South Circular Roads in Oct 2021, imagine the number of non-compliant vehicles used in that area!.
They're going to have to put up a shed load of cameras to police the zones. Luckily the Blade is Euro 3 but its not to say they change the goal posts in a few years.
