May come as a surprise to some but I have decided to sell my beloved and much cherished fireblade. It's an immaculately presented and meticulously looked after bike with a full service History all with Honda. Has 7100 miles on the clock and has one previous owner. Service book and two keys present. New set of Metzeler M7rr tyres were fitted recently and have only covered a few hundred miles. Bike currently has a set of Matt black bodywork, OEM bodywork is all wrapped up individually in bubble wrap and stored safely to keep in mint original condition. The spare set is included in the sale along with extras listed below. Racefit Growler 2 titanium exhaust, complete with baffle and a moto gp style mesh diffuser. Standard exhaust is included. GB Racing engine covers professionally fitted. RandG boot guard frame and swing arm protectors. RandG tail tidy. New Renthal gold rear sprocket. HRC colour coded large hugger and standard small black hugger. Bike is also listed on eBay and reasonably priced against similar bikes. In fact cheaper than other models with much higher mileage, probably more owners and in my biassed opinion, not in as good of condition. A few fellow forum members have seen the bike in the flesh and I'm sure will vouch for my description and honesty. Price is £5995 with all extras included, I'm also happy to negotiate.
Don't worry fellas.......I won't be leaving the fold. Good deal on an SP has come up so I just can't resist!!
My pricing is based on this ad on ebay and other 2009 models, not just the HRC. I did a search on 09's and pitched around the same price but if you do the same you'll notice mine has much less miles, is priced lower, has had less owners and has more extras. There are of course one or two priced lower but this bike is showroom condition.
Stuff your pricing! We want the good goss!!! SP is great news, BUT you talking 2017 - 2018 or an earlier one?
Well, cover your butt and place a deposit 'subject to sale of your own.' YOu might get a 14 to 28 day window to sell your and still preserve the SP. I don't see how not revealing the model can 'jinx' a sale, but I'll maintain utmost respect for my fellow HRC buddies!!
