has anyone been to it? from google it looks a bit small, I dont want to drive 2 hours for it to have nothing in stock, and not much on display.

It shows on their website what stock and sizes they have in. I've just had quick look and the Laguna & Assen 1 pieces are showing in most sizes. I reckon you'll be at least a EU56/UK46 onwards. Check the site and if there are suits in your possible sizes shown then just give them a ring to confirm. I've rung several times asking them to measure bits on clothing for me and they're v nice & helpful.

Well I've bought 2 jackets off them and each time I've rung and they've measured parts for me whilst we were on the phone, so they were obviously in the shop.
I'm sure if you earmarked some off the website, then rung to confirm they were in the store you'd be ok.
Other option is to go to Sportsbike shop at Boston...that's massive!

the sizes seem to be nonesense to me, i think i have a 50" chest, 36" waist, sportbike shop seem to be limited in the laguna seca

and another thing now, perforated, or non-perforated...

same with the dainese stuff. the few places that claim to stock it have a tiny range and limited sizes. RST seems to have taken over

I have used them a couple of times but the mail order only.
With regards to the perforated suit it' fine in warm weather but obviously cooler when the temperature drops, I use my perforated Dainese as a summer suit only.
And be aware some Dainese suits don't have inside pockets, so a nuisance if you carry, mobile, wallet, smokes etc

As for perforations in the suit, yes they can be seen when close and depending on colour will show more on a lighter colour suit.
If I was to buy another Dainese iI would definitely go for no perforations.
    You should try a GP5

I wear a perf suit year round. I wear a under armour base layer with fleece lining. Makes for a comfy ride even at speed.

Dainese was my suit of choice until I went the fully bespoke route. I still wear a Dainese Super Speed D-1 as my street jacket.

Dainese has a store in NYC that is utterly phenomenal.
