Damn. Mine was short-lived. All going great in Worcester, sun out, roads dry, topped up with 'premium fuel' (because HRCs have more power) and headed back in the sun to venture out again up Fish Hill (a good five-corner dual lane road en-route to Broadway, Worcs). Half way back there's cars approaching from the opposite direction with friggin' windscreen wipers waltzing. I'm thinking: 'They can't all have dirty screens,' so I look to the skies and on the horizon hovers dense blackness over my destination. OCD threatens - despite the roads still dry - so I hightail it back home in misty rain. I race inside, cast aside my blinged up Castrol jacket, grab a couple of buckets and chamois, give the bike the 'once over' and then wheel it back inside where it'll remain for at least a fortnight according to my 27 weather apps that predict zero temperatures and scattered showers. Nevertheless, if I die in my sleep tonight I'll die happy. PS. And it won't be because I count Repsols because of sheep!! Woops, I just broke my promise.

I'll have to wait only a few more days before I get the new SP, will be getting out on it as soon as I can! Cannot wait for this year! Happy New year everyone
