You can exercise after the 2nd week. Bizarrely feel awesome. Not tired & as I'm metabolising my own fat, I've got a constant supply of energy.
dont believe it!! have been to the gym to do classes and gym work for two hours for the last 3 weeks every day monday - friday, plus friday night i played squash and sunday morning i played squash (yes guys the kind on a court with a fast little ball and raquet!). Got on the scales this morning and i havent lost a single ounce!!! I talked to one of the personal trainers at the gym this morning adn she was saying that i need to build muscle in order to burn the fat, she seems to think it will start happening soon with me spending so much time there. I must admit, i do sleep now and something is happening somewhere as my jeans have grown on my waist - its either that or my washing machine has gone t1ts up!! Maybe my body is toning up by i dont notice it. Hopefully Dave will notice when he gets home in a couple of weeks! Villan, keep going hun a pound off is better than a pound on!! xx

Checking in live from my Fat Club. So far 20lb lost. Gone from 16st 2lb to 14st 10lb. Only 3st 3lb to go.
Been working away for a week, so not been at home. Consequently the scales have become defective and are showing me as having put on 2 pounds. New weight - 18st 2lb. Whose stupid idea was this fat club?????

Weigh day today. i managed to lose 1lb this week so thats me at 12st 06lb TBH i tried my leathers on the other night, they still fit, a little tight but snug
