The old 'uns are the best! Talk about a boy named Sue! I was meant to be Christopher (and TBH I'm not sure I would have liked it) but my Mam decided on Lyn (being a Welsh name) and I fucking hated it growing up. I'm now built like a pit prop and have no neck and the name doesn't bother me. Maybe it turned me into this! My bro's were Richard and Scott so I had the short straw! Theres lots of strange names about these days. My mates kid is Kayden!! My grandson is Preslee (imagine the stick in school - ah-huhuhh) and the other is Luca. It takes allsorts (that's it Bertie!)
Not after you read this: I lived in Australia for some years after going there under the '10 Pound Pom' migrant scheme. On of my favourite treats was the Bertie Beetle!

Reggie can stand on its own, does not have to be the shortened version of Reginald - Reggie can be a name in its own right. Reggie - or Reg - is a proper man's name (that is if men are still allowed to have mens names)
