The settings on the MT10 are like night and day different! Mode 3 traction intervenes with EVERYTHING and mode 1 will lift the front in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th!

 

Yes I do notice the difference and its far from bollocks ......money well spent ...when in fixed mode settings it is consistently reading the road and adjusting equals feeling planted therefore I feel safer and ,more in control and go even quicker....just like air suspension on my car I notice a big difference but I agree not for everyone...it's not marketing bollocks ....but then again some have a great feel and superpowers from there right wrist..

 

Yeah I set mode 1 for track, mode 2 for dry warm roads, mode 3 for damp and mode 4 for when I an riding with the Honda guys, as its only gives me half the power

Finally got out on the SP today, spotted a break in the clouds and a little bit of blue sky and thought .......this is it!

Only out for 20 minutes before the it started to rain........that quickshifter though couldn't believe how smooth it felt!

 

Great to hear. I'm sure you're a bit pissed the weather cut you short, but at least you've had an 'entree' and the good stuff will follow.

 

Yeah really looking forward to a 'proper' day out on it now!

That first click up into 3rd quickly followed by 4th an 5th .......made me smile a lot!

 

Despite the shaky hand, the bike looks better on the road than it did in your house. Perhaps it's more in perspective.

I kepted doing that you soon get used to the new position ....FairPlay for getting out today here in the costa del south it was light drizzle and 7c went for a pedal roads filthy and slippery ....bike got caked....can't wait to get out again but looking worse next wk....at least you got a quick taste of what's to come....quick shifter is a right laugh makes me feel like a riding God going from 2 to 3 to 4 at 10k revs and blipping down ...
