having recently carried out a few jobs on my bike. I'm very grateful to all the vloggers out there that take the time and the trouble to not only video their mechanical skills but the edit it and post it for all to see. Then put up with the flack from all the keyboard warriors than can do the job far better than anyone one else but no one is ever around to see it.
Whilst carrying out my recent work, I thought how much of a pain it must be to break off what you are doing to reposition the camera or change the lighting or to check the sound/image are ok.

Thanks guys it is much appreciated.

Fully agree. I was greatly aided by the Travelling Waltons seat hooks video for removing my rear footpegs, and then to CycleCruza's video about fairing changeovers. Sometimes, watching these events in 'real time' is far simpler and much more realistic than trying to follow a manual that has been translated into English.

They're good for other stuff too...only this week I've watched 2 diy ones. I can understand things much better when I see someone do it rather than trying to read instructions so they're a bit of a godsend for me.

Fully agree, that recent Tail Tidy one you posted @Kevin1 was really good, like you said it was a bit slow but I thought that helped, just kept pausing it after each new instruction. made it so much easier!;)

My daughter told me about him...if you look him up on google there are some interviews with him at his house. Its mind boggling how he has made his fortune with you tube videos.
