Opinions?

This is my Blade.



I was thinking about getting it resprayed to this colour. I'm lousy with visualisation so I was wondering what people think.

 

Looks nice on the car because it is a big expanse of colour. However, I would be cautious about doing the bike for these reasons:

• Colour will clash with the 'different' silver frame (black frame would be better);
• Gold wheels (which I like) will not complement the new silver because both are 'muted' tonings offering no contrast;
• Unless you have a 'trade deal' the prep and paint costs would be quite expensive. The colour would probably be a two-part (base and top colour) process PLUS clear laquer finish.

Not trying to be negative; just my honest view.

I think it'd look fine. Be similiar to the matte 2009 grey/gold big bang.
