You've clearly not tried a Spam and egg butty, on a barm.....or toast with a dash of pepper and a smidge of brown sauce under the spam and not interfering with the egg so's not to spoil the runny yoke!! The spam is fried on the griddle first of course and topped with fried egg. It's a breakfast butty in case you're all wondering......get it from the butty van near my office......a rare treat!
What about canned corned beef? That sounds a lot more appealing. I don't mind that from the can or fried. Anyone had it battered?
Corned Beed fritters, definitely had them before, quite tasty. Not as good as corned beef hash though
