I think you might be safer trying for a second hand OEM off ebay. I do have Chinese fairings which include a Chinese guard so the product itself is fine. I just think you're paying over the odds. Colour matching cannot effectively be done from a photo because of computer screen differences etc. The paint code is the key, but even then if there's the inevitable fading of the original paint your guard will be darker. A good auto shop will have a spectrograph and will colour match perfectly from scanning your bike. I've had it done twice and swear by it.
That's okay. You'll get nothing but sense from me! PS An anniversary model is too good to allow a minor flaw to spoil it.
