I wish when people posted these pics of their beloved bikes that they'd show a little more care and respect for those of us with OCD syndrome and tuck the bleedin' battery tender plug away!!
He's not even put the cap on it!!! I much prefer to feed my battery tender plug up into the rear seat storage. No dangly bits then! Apart from that it' looks loverly Bazzashadow
It is so funny to ride. No suspension Brake lever used to reach the bar and only just stop ( no emergency stop) Gear lever on the right hand side It pops and bangs all the time Does 50mph flat out And I love it
So going back to this ‘Fenda Exenda’ - turns out I’m a dick. It wasn’t damaged at all, though Sportsbikeshop said even they didnt realise and it did look snapped off rather than a feature. They had sent it back to Pyramid and they’d returned it back to them with an explanation. The leg on the left side is purposely cut back to miss the brake line mounting bracket bolt. I’m not convinced for mine it was necessary, but it covers a number of years so maybe for an earlier model it was an issue. But it genuinely looked damaged and Sportsbikeshop even said the edge was not as smooth at that point as the rest (so I gave it a quick sand when I received it). Anyway - I finally got to fitting it yesterday and sealed all round today with black silicone. This to both close the gap for aesthetics (though the silicone looks dog rough in the pics - it isn’t that bad when you are looking at it) and stop any crap getting in the joint. It’s not the best looking fake carbon in the world, but it matches the rear hugger that’s standard on the black edition and will hopefully help reduce things being flicked up so much.
