    Out of interest what did you do, raise or lower (or shift back/forward)? ...I'm 6' 2" but not the same frame as you :eek:

    I went a little bit lower and further back, if I'd taken measurements it was probably a very small amount, but it made a big difference to the comfort level on the bike.

    After that, I did 420 miles in one day all around the Norfolk coast from Kent, which I was out for about 10 hours and only near home did I start to get cramp in my hamstring.

    I rode to Birmingham and back a few times in one day too.

    Neither of which I'd have done before that slight adjustment, (and the addition of Hellibars).
