Thanks to both of you. That's a bonus because I actually got a 13 in the pack I inherited. (£20 from Constands) I think it's the 08s onwards that have the gaping hole of about 22 or more mm. Anyone know those sizes? (No direct reference on the Constands' site.
I have used them stands but I have one under spindle and one behind fork leg, for it holds the bottom of the fork legs straighter so when re fitting spindle there’s a lot less chance of getting a cross thread now that is expensive. I now use gee tech under yoke stands there the best out there.
Cross threading a 14mm spindle? You must be one of those with 'chubby' fingers that 'accidentally' hands out downvotes! Just looked up G-tech - robust looking piece of kit!
I haven’t crossed threaded but others have very easy to do from all accounts ha ha Gee tech will last a life time
