Big job on today... New arrow exhaust sticker !!!

Took the can off to tap out some dents, from a low side from the previous owner, and added the sticker to try distract from all the small dents....
Possible should have gotten a bigger sticker... or resleeve the can, but it will do for now.

A weekend of electrics. Wired in the mount for the new sat nav, and also the power feed for the usb hub in my givi tank bag. All ignition switched from a relay fed from the number plate light. All the cables to the front were ran under the tank and so had the joy of figuring out how to raise the tank, much easier on a naked :D

Sat nav is the Garmin 595lm, lovely bit of kit but the cable is a dog as besides power it also has 3 audio connectors and a usb socket. It is also moulded to the mount and not removable like my old Zumo 550 lead.

Also drained the oil, was going to fit a new hi-flo filter but decided to order an OEM one as the bike is still under warranty, I know they can't moan but why bother with the hassle for the sake of a tenner. New filter hopefully here Tuesday so will fit that and fill with nice clean oil ready for the new season. Only did 1600 on the old oil so a bit of a late xmas pressie for the bike.

Well done. The forum does offer specialist sticker/decal advice from member @PauloHRC . He has even commissioned his own designer/manufacturer, so he would be my first point of call for bespoke 'dent coverage'.;)

MoT passed on Saturday, now I’ve got to order new front pads, some oil, new oil filter and some Ti calliper bolts

Does the OEM filter come supplied with a new crush/copper washer for the drain bolt?

Also, is it worth swapping the Cali per bolts for Ti items? ...just thinking of the stretch and the advice to replace them every time the callipers are off

I swapped the caliper bolts to titanium because the finish on the standard item is crap.
I have the calipers off the bike at least 10 times a year and still using the same ti bolts with no issues at all.
i Think you will find that most will say the same mate?

No, to the washer. Sold separately. I got one (and a filter) a few months ago, but can't remember the cost. Insignificant for you though.:)

Edited to say: Just found it. Washer 0.71 plus VAT and OEM filter £10.26 plus VAT. From Honda dealer.

...from your local Honda dealer? ...or would you recommended any particular online retailer?

I edited a moment too late. Honda dealer. I did buy a K & N online but chickened out in favour of the OEM. Plenty on here about oil filters; I think it would work out half and half for and against OEM.

It's worth noting that Opie Oils is a great source for both oil and filters: https://www.opieoils.co.uk/?gclid=C...i2hRImBMKGhbDrO1F1GNO9VsG-hlptVRoCS0IQAvD_BwE

regarding the Ti caliper bolts...will these work?

    RSR Bolts.PNG
Reason I ask is the OEM are listed as M10x62 with no mention of thread pitch; these RSR Moto items are M10x1.25 x65 so not sure if they're too long and/or the right pitch?
