is anyone running one of these that can confirm something please? the one I bought doesn’t screw into the air box like a standard filter and just sits in the rim of the air box so not the best fitting. Is this right? As the pictures of the item show a surround to screw it in. Cheers
I think the K&N has a detectable metal flange (I think thats what you call it) to secure the filter in place. I have a BMC and without the screws it would just fall out
What year is your bike Raphael? My RR6 just has the two cones that rest on top of the ducts - I assume that when you tighten the airbox lid down it pushes them flush so they can't move...
