help with number plate sticker

Sorry to bring this back up but I have brought a number and am now worried about what number plate sticky pads to use so I don’t lose the plate.
But looking on eBay just now and this popped up

Just look at them dodgy engine covers a yours first and it'll make your plate bolts look sublime

 

Sticky pads make a mess afterwards, bolts are better if the job is done properly......like this, Oooossshhh

If you are still wondering what pads to use, this stuff is incredibly strong.
Gorilla Glue 3044101 Heavy-Duty Double Sided Mounting Tape, 25.4 mm x 1.52 m https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01FMXKIOM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_EPYPCbFQXQ3X1
Their gorilla glue on wood, if you try to separate the parts glued, the wood will break before the glue. I've used the double sided tap to stick my hugger to the inside of my swingarm and no issues.
