2017+ dtc fault clear

does anyone have a detailed instruction on dtc fault clear using jumper on red plug?

I have had a good search around and only found Vague instructions.

Found a brilliant video for a grom but nothing else

Hi I have a 2017 blade and had a the engine light on after fitting a servo elimination. Followed the Honda groom instructions video and light has reset and gone out

Guys you can buy a connector of eBay search Honda SCS DLC diagnostic plug say worry about using paper clip.

 

Got my trusty bit of insulated single core

 

I think I need to do mine. Did you do the Throttle Position Sensor too? Is the diagnostic plug the red one under the pillion seat?

So which colours should you jump? The blue and green or the green and mint?

 

What happened to the lights on the dash to indicate success?

 

Follow instructions in vid, but you will not get a flashing eml light like the grom, just repeat process
A few times and any faults should clear

 

Can you follow this procedure to reset the TPS?

Bike is a 2017 which has Tenkate loom and ECU with a DTC fault 71 - TPS fault. Bike starts but only revs to 6000.

 

Did you ever figure out which colors to connect?

 

No, I bought a SCS DLC diagnostic plug instead. I'll dig it out later and check which pins are jumped.

Here are a couple of pictures of the diagnostic plug. Basically if you look at the connector on the bike end on like in the first picture you have to jump the 2 pins on the left hand side.
