Can't agree more. I used to subscribe to Bike mag, but lately they've turned a bit soft. The only other 1 I'd buy is fast bikes for the banter n piss taking.

The garage section is worth the subscription fee alone mate. Can't get enough of it.

No freebies this time when you subscribe, but they're giving you 12 issues for £41.50. I'd hang off till spring when the freebies come back out again.

I currently subscribe to Bike. I agree it isnt what it used to be.
I may have a look at Performance bikes.

Honestly couldn't recommend it more mate. You won't be disappointed. Not just the newest bikes but also older bikes and projects from scratch. Top read.

I subscribe to the Bike mag and your right its not only soft it tends to be repetitious and a little dull, however I won a letter of the month and got a set of rubbers and a years free sub, so I,m stuck with it for now?

I was subscribed to bike up until December at which point I'd had enough. Over the last year it just got more and more like a glossy mag rather than a good read so decided to subscribe to pb instead as I was always buying it anyway.

Colin disappointed mate, thought u was going to say playboy, sexy over 30's or something

But got to agree PB is a fav, I read most of the bike mags other than classics, or mototcross. And agree the garage section I always take my time to read

Playboy is just another type of porn mate.

Bike porn is what it's all about, atleast you can re-read pb afterwards unlike the other mag ;)
