Current lid is getting relegated to the spare and I'm treating myself to an xspirit 3. I can't decide between the red or the yellow. I've seen the yellow in the flesh and the colours pop..it's stunning. But I'm drawn to the red too. Can't find a dealer near me with one in stock to look at it. Nearest at mo might be Sportsbikeshop and that's a good ride away. Anyone seen it in any dealers in adjoining counties to Derbyshire? I'll probably be buying from Sportsbikeshop anyhow if i cant find a dealers but don't want to mess about changing my mind and sending it back if I end up preferring the other one
Do the ride to SBS and see it in real life and try on before buying! They have a great burger van outside, not sure they do spam fritters though
Yeah I know it fits me well as Ive tried the yellow on...and Shoei is always perfect for my bonce...might have a ride down....I'm on a diet so only 1 fritter a week
Both really nice paint jobs Lozzy and an awesome lid to wear, superb ventilation! Difficult choice you have There.. .......there is a lot going on in that colour scheme. I was going to offer me Red Bull decal services but not sure it would work!
Personal opinion: Yellow one - as the colour red in the red one is a bit overpowering. There is something about red that affects human vision, it somehow stands out among other colours, and blue less so. The result is that large patches of red appear to overpower the other colours, and you just see mostly the red. With the yellow one, most of the colours are still clear. Although none of the above means that the yellow one is better...........
I love Arai paint schemes and they fit me well too but my sausage fingers don't love the visor changing mechanism so said I'd never have another one until they simplified it and sorted them side pods out
