Is that on a duel carriageway when she's wanting to turn right at some point 10 miles away but daren't get in the scary inside lane in case she has to find the indicator stick thingy?

I don't understand what he's done there.
Looks like he stood it up for some reason as he was entering the right hander....

 

My view is that he wanted to pass the bike in front, but then the bike in front slightly moved to the right when they both entered the right hander. He just didn't had enough time to brake enough to avoid contact.

 

Yeah that looks like what has happened.
Lucky he didn't wipe out the other rider as well.

 

Maybe tyre fitters should offer this as a chargeable extra service! I might set up at local biker stops offering chicken strip removal so people don't feel as bad as I do about mine
