Or for one of there stupid customers to input the wrong information on the dash, then crash because not of the electronics work and sue them
No. the electronics also works with the 190/55. I have been to Mugello twice and Cbr was perfect. I will go there also on June 13th and also disable the abs.

There is a possibility that the eu bikes were supplied with the race ecu and then you only need a technician to change the settings
Could be that this guy is full of sh** ...and he has no access to these menu options via "an engineer", happy to be proved wrong though
the ecu is not tuning . the engineer works on a new law that allows a tire to be replaced with a larger one. the alternative tire must not exceed 5% of the original diameter
[QUOTE = "nevsrevs, post: 495157, membro: 6969"] Che gomme stai correndo ora? E quale modello di moto hai? [/ CITAZIONE] Cbr 1000 Sp my 2017. Sulla strada Bridgestone S22 190/55 in pista, 190/55, Pirelli Supercorsa, Bridgestone R11, Michelin Coppa potenza Evo. Nessun problema di elettronica
Translated: Cbr 1000 Sp my 2017. On the road Bridgestone S22 190/55 on the track, 190/55, Pirelli Supercorsa, Bridgestone R11, Michelin Evo power cup. No electronic problems
So can you asked what the technician done to stop your ecu from having faults. Unless you already know this
A bold but necessary question. Good luck!! (I think the Trade Secrets Act might come into play here!)
I'm very dubious about all of these claims. I've had mates before who have managed to beat the odds on many things which all turned out to be bullcrap. But as I've said before I'm happy to be proved wrong.
I repeat, my Ecu works without problems and no parameter has been changed. No Cbr sold in Italy had problems with the 190/55. Is it possible that those on sale in the UK are different?
I am fairly confident that all Euro bikes are the same as they are manufactured to comply with the same Euro emissions and regulated template. (Sono abbastanza fiducioso che tutte le biciclette Euro sono le stesse di quelle prodotte per rispettare le stesse emissioni Euro e il modello regolamentato.)
O that’s my hope dashed then, so basically you have done the same as all of us, put a 55 profile on and been lucky that you have not had a false neutral unless your bike is different to ours, and I don’t believe it is. You most run with either no traction control turned on or no feeling in your buttocks when the power comes on and off mid bend
