I suspect it is for ABS models only, can't find that opton on Akro site either http://www.akrapovic.com/en/moto/products/Honda/CBR-1000-RR-ABS?brandId=30&modelId=116 The non-ABS part number is the same for 2008 and 2009.
Confuses me because I believed the 2008 - 11s shared similarities and then the change came with 2012s. I wouldn't question revzilla though; fairly sure they know their stuff! Drop them an email!
Wrote a letter to Revzilla. Waiting for an answer.As i understand there is a difference in diameter of headers.
That will interest me because in my short time of returning to motorcycles I thought the headers size change came with the 2012 model which had multiple revisions over the 08 - 11.
No, the header size came with 14 bikes, that said it is irrelevant, a full system should fit 08-16 bikes, abs or not. Just need to make sure the O2 sensor reaches, or an eliminator is put in place..
