Well done Mel!! chuffed to bits for ya just done my log of the gym work for the last three weeks, it says i've burnt of 8537 calories, oooeeerr chuffed to bits, but it has been blood yes blood when i fell going for a shot in the squash court, sweat and tears, tears because three weeks ago i couldnt even get to sit on the toilet without hurting everywhere, if i've done 1 squat or lunge in the last 3 weeks i must have done 10,000!! needless to say my bum and legs are toning up nicely!!
wicked, that sounds like it takes more commitment than i'm doing Hobey Benn, i'm 5'7" and my first goal is 145lbs, then I am going to try and set small goals of 5lbs and see how far i get, 135 sounds like a nice number (i doubt i'll make it there though) I am going to start working on muscle soon, not jodie marsh styleeeeee lol, just toning up, as i'll be maintaining at that point, and i'm prepared for my weight to go up again, because of muscle weight

it has believe me... i've lost 11lbs in 4 weeks so far, and Lewis my OH has lost 16lbs, we are going to keep going for at least another month, then bring on easter baby! haha

another 2 lbs down for me. well as of friday anyway. be a long slog. working 6 day week and with 3 nights a week in gym i,ll get there.
Well done Alex, keep going, Vino: i have bought 4, 5 no 8 things that now fit me but i'm going to keep going and then go shopping when i am finished. Just gotta talk Lewis into getting me a nice new leather suit now lol
