I have found inner peace (as previously reported) in dealing with BeMoto. Have 6 bikes on two policies with them after going through the mill with MCE and Bennetts. Some will come up cheaper, but like many services/products, you get what you pay for.:)

They are brilliant, as I said before the first insurance company to do my renewal cheaper than the previous year without having to shop about!!

I approached them today and its £50 cheaper than the best offer on the meerkats - I've not had my renewal notice from MCE as yet, but as BeMoto have offered an AXA policy with their Titanium option and included the £500 excess contribution I reckon it’ll be a done deal when its up in 4 weeks.

They normally mention it for you but if not there is a 44teeth rewards discount which is worth asking about. Something to do with excess from memory...

Yeah, it's a £500 excess waiver in the event that you have to claim. Just mention the 44Teeth Video on youtube.

Just wish they would open here. Heard good things about them. Alas we are stuck with just Carole Nash or Liberty and had previous headaches with both. :(

@AndrewQ don't worry about it. BeMoto have never manged to get my business yet, mainly seems to be down to business use or higher mileages.

Another vote for BeMoto from me.

I happen to have a very heavily modified and lightened 2008 blade (PB Blade anyone)
And my current multi policy insurers wouldn't touch it with a barge pole on my classic policy.
So ended up trying to get it insured with mods declared (most of the significant ones anyway) and very few would entertain it without any kind of NCD to put on the policy
So BeMoto took it on, on a Third party F+T basis with no NCD, all for £230 which i felt was very fair.

Considering the performance from the bike (can you see what i did there) and its somewhat unconventional looks with its lairy wrap and expensive wheels and other bits, its a bargain.
That said, its kept very secure, and when i do use it, it is never left alone or out of sight.

So, I have just taken this years insurance through BeMoto - its with AXA, their Titanium Cover and they threw in the £500 excess cover for free (rather than the usual £30 premium) after mentioning the 44 tooth vid and the forum.

I’ve got 5 years NCD now and the total premium I have paid for this year is £297 with a £600 total excess but that would in fact be only £100 after the excess contribution cover (inc protected no claims, PA cover, helmet & Leather cover, full RAC membership and Legal).

Compared with my MCE best price for this year of £370 with £1,025 excess (was the same price I could get from them through the comparison sites) and MCE were the cheapest on them.

Thanks for the 'heads up' on Bemoto guys!

Just saved myself £280.00 for a mulit-bike policy over what MCE were quoting! :D

That's about 500 miles worth of fuel on the Ape
