    Fluid needs a spark
    Lithium needs heat

    Over the winter I fitted a manual override switch for the fan,One of the Best mods I have done, come up to traffic etc just press the button and the engine keeps cool . I do not like waiting until it gets to 105 DSCN1050.JPG DSCN1050.JPG

    Hi, It is a self made mod. The switch runs a relay to the larger fan. when the relay is not energised the circuit runs straight to the fan as normal so does not alter the normal mode. I can do a wiring diagram if anyone is interested in doing this.

    my last 2 2008+ run at 106 in traffic no problem

    Hi,I spliced into the large fan wiring loom RHS just before the connector to the fan. I put tails onto the relay leads to connect into the loom splice, the positive 12v supply to my fan was black/blue, I used a fused 12v supply from the battery onto the relay. switch came from ebay
    SmartSwitch 12V/24V 19mm IP67 Steel LED Illuminated ON/OFF DOT Button Switch. £3.99. the relay was about £3.00. I just used spade connectors to push onto the relay DSCN1069.JPG DSCN1073.JPG DSCN1070.JPG DSCN1073.JPG
