Not sure I'd describe it as paint but it must have been sprayed with something to give it the finish - they are all just plastic panels basically. It's not been too bad to be honest, does show every finger print tho. Use meguiar's dry wash to clean. Never noticed leg marks... display marks very easily.

 

Thanks for the info Stelwalker. Your blade does look the nuts though. I do love the matt black. Definitely tempted to go for it.

Cheers for the comments, would have preferred a blue one think you just need to see them in the flesh Alan and go from there. Don't think you can go wrong with either colour

 

Yeah, I haven't found any issues with the Matte Paint at all, done a trip round europe with no leg wear marks, although do have the rubber tank grip pads which help.

 

Love the bike Stuish. Mind if I ask what make the top bag is?

It's a Ventura Aero-Mistral. Fairly pricey for the full setup with the rack as well, but fully worth it I think.
