They are in too find the faults???? Because Honda will not do anything else until the bikes have been back to the dealer for a inspection....

The funniest things is they phoned up yesterday asking if we had a diagnostic tool because they think they have found the fault!!!!!!
We said no why? The dealer said you’re quick shifter was turned off and that’s why it was not working.
At this point we directed them through the dash options to turn it back on. Lol

I presume that you done your track day on road tyres then?
As they tend to behave fine with a 50 profile

 Not sure whether to laugh or cry at their diagnosis.

My reply would be: No shit Sherlock - we turned it off because it was trying to kill us!!! That's why we brought the bikes in!!!!

Good Lord... and they wonder why we make fun of the main dealers LOL .:D

Sounds like this particular dealer should be named-and-shamed! I've had a good experience with one of my "local" main dealers and one mediocre experience with another (they over-filled the oil on the bike's first service - school boy/gal error!).

That’s why I service my own stuff, I would not let most of then touch a wheelbarrow, too many bad experiences with dangerous situations left on bikes. At least that way if it goes wrong it’s my fault .
Can’t wait to get the bikes back fixed

If they are happening at slow speeds, going down the box, like when coming up to a junction, and selecting multiple down changes, it’s not unusual to get the bike confused, several bikes, including mine do this

My sp never got confused in 4K miles going down although I have hit a few naturals going up when pinning it but then not being fully committed on the throttle ....my error....

Yep, mine doesn't get 'confused' either by QS or manual changing.

Perhaps it's just down to my perfectly natural brain and left foot co-ordination.:D;)

We got three at the same time and they all have some funny moments while block changing at slow rpm, also hit the odd real neutral going up 1st/2nd, and we all know about the biggest issues of false neutrals at high speed high gear coming down. But this only happens at track speeds. So it gets turned off

Mine does it occasionally going up but it goes into gear and just displays --
If I pull in the clutch quickly it shows the value.
When it happens it is usually going into 6th

These are not false neutrals - they are more likely instances of trying to do clutch-less up or down shifts without the correct inputs being given,

The "-" means that QS/Autoblipper is disabled for that particular shift and you need to manually apply clutch or rev matching.

If you do any action that negates QS or Autoblipper during that shift, you will see the "-".

QS will only work if you do not touch the clutch, revs are above 1,500rpm and you do not have the throttle closed - it is a full throttle upshift assist after-all.

Autoblipper will only work when the gear/rpm/ground speed are within the correct windows, you don't touch the clutch, RPMs are above idle and you have the throttle closed. It is a heavy braking track intended downshift assist after all.
