Good gains and a happy ending with smoother fueling/throttle nice bit of torque at a slightly lower range. Happy days

    Good point.

I doubt it. But I see it as one of those 'niggling' things that just has/had to be done - no matter the cost.

It's sort of like a wife who fails to perform properly. Spend a bit of money on her and job's done. Can we justify the expense? Probably not. But in the final analysis we have both a happy wife and a happy bike. :)

its money that I shouldn't have paid imo but if Honda had put it right as they did with the 19 blades , but never mind I love the bike apart from the fuelling / throttle issues , so yes it was worth the money as it is 100% and a lot easyier to ride . :)

Did you have the same throttle issue with the stock exhaust? Talking to my local tech guys at my local Honda garage (Mark who used to work in BSB) changing the exhaust can cause issues with the engine mapping, so a remap is recommended if you don’t have the stock exhaust. I’ve not had a problem with my 2017 blade which I’ve owned from new and has now covered nearly 11k miles.. Maybe I got lucky though..

yes I did it was snatchy and it was the same with a Yoshi which I sold then was the same with an Austin , so Honda didn't seem interested so I thought fuck it pay to have it sorted , and it does feel 100% better no jumping , etc . but what pissed me of was there tweaked the fuelling and the throttle to sort these issues out for the 2019 sp blade , but heho its done and dusted now , so fuckem , lol

I had problems without yoshi, same problems with yoshi, same problems without yoshi. I’m back to problems with yoshi. I just get on with it now and don’t focus an the negatives. After all it’s a great bike.
