    Hi All,

I've got a 2009 HRC with a MIVV exhaust fitted and it runs lumpy on idle with the baffle out.

Am I better getting the ECU flashed and remapped or getting a power commander ?

Maps for the PC don't have any specific exhaust in the listing.

    Cheers

Hi and welcome to the site!

Custom programming is always better, in my opinion.

    Thank you for the welcome.

Would that just be a case of taking out my ECU and sending it to a reputable programmer ? Can you suggest any ?

    Thanks

    Hi, and welcome.

I'd leave as is. Has no adverse effects, and for me it sounds great. ;)

    Thanks,

Do you have the same exhaust ?

If I put the baffle in it is a bit better.
I prefer it without but the revs hunt a lot at idle and doesn't seem good for the bike the amount it does it by ?

    Cheers

    No, Yoshi R77 no baffle.

Sorry, but I am no help with ECU programming, but have had remaps (on other bikes) done through

    Plenty of similar establishments around.;)
