Paving the way for greater things! Whilst this is a brilliant bike, and one that I don't want to sell, I do have a space problem. I am merely starting early to drop this rather than wait for mid-winter. My Triumph is due in March, and I will also be taking a very serious look at the elusive 2020 Blade.
What's friggin' 'optimistic' about that? If we do not attack the sales process full of positivity, we will never succeed. I have good results with my selling, save for one nutter (and there's always one!!) who seemed to think that he could clinch a deal with a contemptuous offer. Let me just say that the 'b' on the end of my name does not stand for 'bunny'!
FFS @nigelrb calm down or you'll have to go buy some more of these Not every rating is a personal attack!
@LRJimmy you'll have to forgive nigel and his fits of pique. He has a severe persecution complex when it comes to ratings, and a personal crusade to remove the downvote option. A while ago we had to play this Luckily we only have to search a 30 mile radius of Chez Nigel
Hahahahaha, I nearly pee'd laughing There is always one nutter, sometimes it's me There wasn't a good luck emoji....so Anyways, as the B isn't for Bunny (or Bad Tempered)...it must be for Brilliant So he wont need luck. All the best anyway
Quality!! I almost asked if his name was really Graham. I know a Brit who lives in Florida who @nigelrb reminds me of when I read his posts. Great guy but..... ahahahaha nuff said
Never mind a good luck emoji .... We need a bumlicker one for that post a yours Don't be a bumlicker it's not clever and it's not nice.....tell him @Barstewardsquad
Nothing wrong with that - right time and right place of course!!! I'm stopping there - rest of text swiftly deleted
Damn! Think I've opened a bag of worms here. Now that I have so brazenly posted about my midday viewing, I guess I am bound to follow through with the result. The guy rode up on a Triumph Speed Triple so I made an instant connection by crapping on about the Daytona I have on order. He gave the bike the once and twice over; asked for a paddock stand so he could run through the gearbox (something I nor any of my previous buyers have ever done) and then told me he has a Kwaka ZX or whatever to look at tomorrow afternoon and it has 25,000 miles on it but is cheaper. That draws me to a conclusion that @LRJimmy 's 'optimistic' was friggin' justified after all. Frig me. I think I dig more holes for myself than @bazzashadow digs in a week's work.
Its a buyers market mate and especially at this time of the year; but every day we wake up alive there is hope, hehehe
My chance to dive in, thats assuming @bazzashadow has lost interest. I'm ever so helpful you know and I'm already a qualified bumlicker
i can't believe you are selling! With that low mileage and condition it should be snapped up. You not putting it up on the fireblade owners group on FB?
^^^ Nah, Spoons, I don't get involved in FB, Twatter, Instagroan, and Snapshit. This and a couple of other forums is my only social outreach. eBay has served me well to date, although the fees can be debilitating (unless you can pull the ad before a transaction takes place) As mentioned, I do love the bike, but need to make space. I guess it's the bike that must be 'sacrificed'.
I don't 'do' FB either only for groups and useful info which I find is it's only good use for me. I could do a post linking to the ebay ad if you want as it's an enthusiasts group and i'm sure someone on there would be interested in it?
Thanks anyway, but I reckon any and every enthusiast does daily scans of eBay and Bike Trader. How do you reckon I acquired so many bikes?
No problem it's as new so if it doesn't sell quickly then the bike market is dead and nothing will sell.
