I set up an instagram account when it first started. After one post I forgot all about it until earlier this year I logged back in to find I had 1600 followers from Russia. I swiftly deleted the account and don’t plan on using it again.
Haha I had one years ago too. Recently started one again and follow a few of the road racing boys on there. I don’t use it often but always looking to find good biking pages to follow
it's a load of shite. Don't get suckered in. If you follow any sport and don't want spoilers, don't follow your heroes. They give away the results, just like they do on all social media platforms.
I'm on Instagram and follow loads of bike related stuff amongst other things. I think it's great as all my friends and family are on there so it's mainly just posting pics for there benefit. I post a few bike pics and always use a #hashtag....... For instance #cbr1000rr and that in turn attracts followers. I'm only really followed by family and friends but I do have some bike related followers...... Most notably..... FEDERICO CARICASULO who requested to follow me which made my day haha There's nowt wrong with it..... Get on there and give me a follow @pj.birkett76 Just don't go on it if you've recorded the motogp and intend to watch it later
I am on Instagram . True you have to be carefull about results I keep account on private the world can mostly stay out of my bees wax but it's great for bikes . Just ignore the dross its easy to do. Finest moment was the mighty schwantz liking a comment I'd made . I was so pleased .
nah - Instagram it's pointless shite. All about getting followers for the insecure amongst us. Federico Who? Snapchat - bollocks. Pick one and stick with it. I'm a facebook man mesen. I don't like it much but at least it's flexible. I'm currently undergoing a digital detox. 1000RR excluded what did you post that Schwantz liked?
A picture of him on the Pepsi rgv people banging on about clutch and brake levers being one black one silver. Suzuki ran him like that quiet alot and I said I did the same on my gsxrs in the 90s and early 2000 in homage to him and just in case it made me faster
You're probably too old for it Kevin?? It's no different too Facebook, you post pictures and people like or comment.....just like Facebook. You keep in touch with friends and family....... Just like Facebook. There's nothing to get 'sucked into' and you only see what you want too see. All I see is my friends and families posts, a rather large selection of Motogp, WSBK and BSB riders posts and the odd celebrity! It's nothing too get uptight about...... Its just something too scroll through while you're sat on the shitter!
Can't be arsed with it ,,,,,,,,,,,,, this forum is the only one for me Edited to say that I have made some frends through this forum
